On 21st May, thebeyond hosted the Scottish launch of the UK Sovereign AI Fund.
It was a brilliant evening and a pleasure to welcome the Sovereign AI team, alongside founders, investors, and leaders from across Scotland’s AI and deep tech ecosystem. Bringing so many people together created the opportunity for valuable conversations and new connections across the sector.
This is exactly the kind of moment thebeyond was created for: bringing ambitious people together, creating space for important conversations, and helping connect the founders, investors, and industry leaders shaping the future of technology.
Scotland’s technical depth across AI, deep tech, frontier technologies, and scientific research was clear to see throughout the evening, highlighting the strength of the country’s innovation ecosystem.
Events like this are a great reminder of Scotland’s role in the UK’s AI future, and we’re grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening such a success.
