Hotdesking and Dedicated Desk memberships require a 3-month minimum contract, while Dedicated Team Spaces require a 12-month minimum. All memberships continue on a rolling contract thereafter.

Makers Lab: Features digital fabrication equipment, including 3D printing, laser cutting, CNC machines, traditional machine shop tools, and electronics stations for rapid prototype fabrication and modification.
